Apply through the Apply as Partner page. Choose the partner track that best matches your business: Reseller, Affiliate, Technology, or Agency.

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. Our team then reviews the application and responds with approval, questions, or feedback. Approved partners receive a welcome pack and an onboarding call.

No. There is no upfront program fee. Earnings are commission-based — commissions are earned on completed transactions according to your partner agreement.

Name.ai offers Technology, Reseller, Affiliate and Agency partner tracks. Choose one or multiple tracks based on whether you need API integration, white-label or reseller services, referral commissions, or client-facing wholesale services.

Yes. You can apply for multiple tracks if your business spans categories — for example an agency that also runs an integrated marketplace.

The Technology Partner track. Reseller, Affiliate and Agency tracks do not require an integration build.

Commission rates are set out in your partner agreement and vary by track and transaction type. All commissions are calculated on completed, confirmed transactions — not leads or clicks.

Monthly. Commissions from the previous calendar month are processed in the first week of the following month. A minimum payout threshold applies — check your partner agreement for the current threshold.

Bank transfer, domestic and international. Additional methods may be available for high-volume partners — contact your partner manager.

Commission is only earned on confirmed, completed transactions. If a referred transaction is reversed within the window specified in your agreement, the commission is not payable, or is clawed back if already paid.

API access is available through the Technology Partner track. Apply through the Partner Program, complete approval, and use the sandbox for integration before requesting production access.

Yes. The sandbox lets approved partners test the full integration — search, both checkout models, orders and webhooks — at no cost and without waiting for production approval.

Under Merchant of Record you charge the buyer on your own checkout and notify Name.ai. Under the hosted model Name.ai collects payment and credits your commission at settlement. Both are documented in the Domain Syndication API reference.

Qualified reseller partners can use white-label configurations. Full white-label removes Name.ai branding; co-branded configurations retain Name.ai attribution. Final eligibility and scope are set during onboarding.

Yes. Resellers purchase services at wholesale rates and set their own client-facing pricing. Minimum and maximum pricing constraints may apply, as set out in your reseller agreement.

That depends on the white-label configuration. Full white-label removes Name.ai branding entirely; co-branded configurations retain Name.ai attribution. Discuss your preference during onboarding.

Your dedicated partner manager is your first point of contact. For urgent technical issues, use the developer support channel in your onboarding pack.

Partners receive elevated response times. Current targets are within 8 hours for general queries, 4 hours for technical issues, and 2 hours for critical production issues. Contractual response commitments, where they apply, are set out in your partner agreement rather than on this page.

Approved partners receive a welcome pack and an onboarding call, then start in sandbox with access to the full documentation set. Production credentials follow the required review and compliance steps.
